If you turn off Bluetooth on your device, the headset will automatically unpair and enter pairing mode.
- Move away from the device: If for some reason you cannot turn off the Bluetooth on the device, move the headphones away from the connected device.
The Bluetooth range is 30 feet (10 meters), so stay at least 15 meters away from connected devices. When the device is not within Bluetooth range of the headset, the device pairs automatically.
You will also need to delete the JBL app from your phone. The app may interfere with the headphones and prevent them from turning off. Once the problem is resolved, you can reinstall the app.
